ACRA Celebrates Int'l Women day at Philimore Center

    Association of Cambodian Recruitment Agencies (ACRA) is a professional organization, registered No.1244 dated 17 October 2007 under Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Cambodia. The Main objective is building a harmonized Cambodian migration and contributing the development of social economy of Cambodia. ACRA board of Directors has a strong commitment to have the social responsibility and sustainability of oversea employment professional in Cambodia by coordinating with all stakeholders such as governments, private enterprises, Unions, International agencies and NGOs to promote a safe migration for Cambodians to use a legal channel for going to work abroad.

Vision:
   To enhance and promote to employ Cambodian Laborers effectively to contribute economic and social development.

Mission:
   To ensure its members’ legal benefits by increasing cooperation, coordination, and provide recommendation to members. Participation for consulting on related policies and Communication with National and International Institutions.

Main Activities
    • To mediate disputes between its members or external institutions.
    • To negotiate and facilitate with other institutions to protect public and Cambodia labor sector        interests.
    • To gather, coordinate and disseminate information concerning to labor sector (local and        international) to its members.
    • To coordinate and organize training courses and study tours for members and Association        staffs.
    • To inform about laborers receiving sources (names, conditions, how to communicate with         that institutions) to its members.
    • To organize meeting or seminar between recruitment agencies and external institutions for its         member growth.
    • To participate in consulting related to national policies for legal members.
    • To communicate with National Institutions related to recruitment, sending, managing workers        going to work abroad for effective social economy and also communicate with external
       institutions for coordination and finding new market for its members.
    • To seek for financial resource to support its activities.
    • To assess candidacy before permission them to be a member of Association.
    • To set regulation and policy for oversea recruitment agencies in Cambodia.
